Cascone's Italian Baked Sausage Casserole
SERVES
4 PEOPLE
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound fresh link Italian sausage, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
2 large russet potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 large sliced yellow onion
2 large sliced green bell pepper
1 jar of 26oz Cascone's Marinara Sauce
1 cup of white wine (optional)
STEPS:
Combine all ingredients in a casserole pan. Cover tightly and bake for 30 minutes. Remove cover and continue to bake until the sausage is cooked through and the potatoes are fork tender. Cook at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.
