SERVES 4 PEOPLE

INGREDIENTS:

Linguine Pasta-1lbs Pomace Olive Oil- 3oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil- 1oz. Chopped Garlic- 3 tablespoons Large Tomatoes- 2 diced into small squares Coarse Black Pepper- to taste Seasoning Salt- to taste Crushed Red Pepper- to taste Fresh Basil- 6 leaves chopped Fresh Oregano- 2 sprigs Mozzarella Cheese- diced into small squares



STEPS:

STEP 1: Heat Pomace Olive Oil, chop garlic, diced tomato & seasonings STEP 2: Add fresh basil & pasta STEP 3: Place pasta in a bowl and toss chucks of Mozzeralla cheese. STEP 4: Dizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil & top with fresh oregano sprigs
