Stuffed Angel Food Cake
SERVES
6 PEOPLE
INGREDIENTS:
1 Angel food cake
2 Tbsp. chocolate pudding
2 Tbsp. whipped cream
2 Small containers of whipped cream
2 Tbsp. Chocolate sprinkles for decoration
FILLING :
1&1/2 lb. Ricotta Cheese
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/4 c. Marischino cherries, cut up
1 small almond Hershey's bar cut into small pieces
STEPS:
STEP 1: Beat Ricotta cheese in mixer with sugar; fold in cherries, Hershey's pieces, and 2 tablespoons of whipped cream.
STEP 2: Knife 2 tablespoons of chocolate pudding through the filling to add color.
STEP 3: Cut cake into 3 layers
STEP 4: Spread each layer with Ricotta filling.
STEP 5: Cover entire cake with whipped cream
STEP 6: Add chocolate sprinkles for decoration.
